IMPERIAL GOOD COMPANION MODEL 7 A vintage portable typewriter made in England. Model 7 is not the easiest to find. Additionally this rare, coral-pink and ivory model comes with uncommon Italic typeface. The keyboard has special characters (circumflex, tilde, umlaut, acute accent, grave accent) which can be useful if you want to type in different languages. This seems to be a model from the early 60s. Elite Italic type style (12 characters per inch). Basket-shift mechanism. The typewriter is very clean and in excellent working order. There would be some wear and tear and also a few scratches to the paintwork. Typing is very smooth and easy. Complete with: - working ribbon on original metal spools - original Manual Leaflet - original carrying case - it does have some wear and tear and there is some rust around the handle and base, also zip isn't fully functional - original "Beginners Keyboard Manual" - Large vintage Good Companion Leaflet Please zoom in the photos and see demonstration video. It is always better to see it on the computer/tablet screen, rather than on a mobile. Will be securely wrapped for postage. Thank you for viewing.
