Who we are and products we sell
Elverum Workshop is an online shop registered as a UK based Partnership.
Majority of the products we sell are vintage and they do show some wear and tear. We always present many detailed photographs and descriptions trying to describe the items we sell as accurate as possible. Although we make every effort to ensure that colours reflect the natural effect, they may vary depending on screens, programs and settings on your devices. You are always welcome to contact us prior to purchase if you have any doubts regarding the condition, stare or colour of the items. Viewing may also be arranged prior to purchase however we may not guarantee the products will still be available for purchase when viewing as they are being listed online on various platforms.
Prices and Payments
All the prices on the website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT.
Elverum Workshop accepts payment via PayPal, Credit / Debit Card via Stripe payment platform, bank transfers or cash on collection is also possible, please contact us for details.
Delivery
Smaller items such as most of the typewriters, posters etc. will be dispatched with DPD couriers within 2 working days of receiving full payment.
Furniture and bigger items - we do offer local delivery up to 20 miles from KT11 postcode. Please contact us for detailed price as it may vary depending of the item and the delivery address. If you live further away you are welcome to organise your own courier to collect the piece(s) you bought. You are also welcome to collect your items yourself. We are very flexible with collection dates and times as long as you contact as at leat 24 prior to collection.
International deliveries - unfortunately we do not offer international deliveries at the moment however you are welcome to organise your own courier who will deliver abroad.
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and we do accept returns of goods bought on our website within 14 days.
If for any reason you need to return an item we will refund the cost of it. The item must be returned at the buyers expense by a signed for delivery service within 14 days and must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time.
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for inconvenience caused.
