*****RESERVED***** RARE GOSSEN TIPPA PORTABLE TYPEWRITER Serial number: 7167 An exceptional example of an early version of Tippa, most likely from 1949. Beautifully designed, reliable, compact and functional typewriter. Round glass key tops, smart detailing, chromed features and dark red crinkle finish make a really pleasant combination. Typing action is very smooth and easy, font is nice and clear. It has QWERTZ keyboard with German characters, but it can also be used for typing in English. Its portability and robust construction makes it ideal travel typewriter. Only little signs of use and age are present. The typewriter has been carefully cleaned and tested. Comes with original metal case, newly fitted ribbon on metal spools, vintage carbon paper and a note from the museum, which the typewriter seemed to be displayed with at the exhibition.
